Hi.
I have a PCV-RZ422P running XP with DVD drive DW-U12A (x2.4 I think) but even after downloading firmware update 2.0E am unable to write to a DVD of 4x speed.
An error message window appears advising of incompatible media.
I have tried with Drag n Drop and Click to DVD.
Any advice would be wonderful.
