I wonder if any of you fellow Vaio samaratins can help me in my quest?
Before i get 1billion replies saying should have created restore DVD, well.... I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW............
To this end i wonder if a someone would be kind enough to send me a copy of their restore DVD/DVDs to enable me to get up and running again? I require it for a VGN-C2S/P laptop??
I do have my COA for Vista, it just doesnt work with a blank HDD.
Many thanks, if you can come to aide a desperate man with a very tantrumous daughter wanting her laptop working then please let me know. brifen@tiscali.co.uk
I have tried to press F10 etc on start but the recovery partition has definately been wiped too.
Please Please Please someone help?
"This footnote is for Sony so please read."
Dear Sony Vaio, Why do you not actually give a copy of the restore disks with a Vaio laptop? Is it only to gain Millions of hard earned ££££ and rip off the poor people who have invested in a Sony Vaio? After all lets facve it they are not the cheapest laptops around. If nothing else why do you not even give blank disks with the products so a customer can create the Restore Disks. "I know the answer is obvious" Too many people would actually create them and Sony would lose money by not being able to rip them off for a new set of recovery disks eh??. Well shame on you Sony!
