Well, I got my new Sony Video Walkman (model NWZ-A818) which is all pretty cool but my PC doesn't like it. I've got XP service pack 2 and Media Player doesn't work, and when I connect the Walkman it detects it and does that thing where it asks you what you'd like to do. But when I click 'open folder to view files' it opens My Computer and hasn't got the icon showing that it has detected the device. So I can't add music or film to it!! 
PLEASE HELP!
