Sony Vaio VGN-FZ11M "MEDIA BUTTON" PROBLEM

Hello,

I'm a new Vaio user,
Because of some viruses I had to format my computer. So I installed again Windows Vista on my notebook, everything is allright now but the media buttons (in the up "play/pause, volume up/down, next/previous song") is not working. can you help me on this?

Please tell me which file I have to install for fixing this, thanks a lot.

Have you reinstalled the original version of Vista from the Sony Recovery or have you installed a different version of vista?

It sounds like the Sony Utilities are not installed but you would expect this to happen automatically with a Sony System Recovery.

If you download the Original Utilities Package for your Vaio, extract the files and go into 'Utils Installer VAIO AV Mode Launcher Utility' and RUN the Setup.EXE file it may work.

If this doesn't work try installing the other Utilities.
