hi there ! is it possible to upgrade cpu in SONY VAIO VGN-FS215E ?

i would like to replace an Intel Celeron M 370 with an intel T2300 Core duo

Hi rinderkind and welcome.

Check it out for yourself, but I think your 915GM Express chipset does not support dual core processors - it is just too old and only supports Celeron M or Pentium M processors.  Also I'm fairly sure it cannot support a 667MHz FSB.

I think the 945 was the first chipset to support Dual Core.
