Hi All, Just getting to grips with my new xl301 but I seem to have developed an irritating problem when shuuting down/restarting. The machine closes all programs then cuts to the "shutting down" screen with the spinning "polo" in the middle but it just freezes at this stage. The keyboard/remote don't function at this stage and Ctrl, Alt, Del doesn't do anything either. The power switch on the xl301 won't turn off no matter how long I keep it pressed. All I can do is turn of the power, this has happened several times now but it doesn't do it every time.
Has anyone out there experienced the same issue? Can anyone help?
