Hi Carl,
I don't use AOL but I'll try to help..
Are you viewing your email online or are you using an email program on your PC.?
How are you trying to save the email to your PC.?
Or does anything in here help: How do I save e-mail to my Personal Filing Cabinet?
It will depend on which version of AOL you are using but it is typically in the folder:-
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AOL\C_AOL 9.0 VR\organize
The emails will be stored under each Screenname in the file with no extension.
Unfortunately AOL PFC uses strange formats - I have not tried to convert the files and address book but there is some software designed to convert AOL PFC files to other formats: -

Sorry Carl - I didn't realise you were talking about your NW21 Vista Vaio. The location above is for XP, for Vista try here: -
C:\ProgramData\AOL\C_AOL 9.0\organize
