s1, s2 etc - AR51J

I have a 3 day old AR51J, and love it already. I have one small problem though. At first the s1, s2, volume etc keys worked fine. Suddenly that whole group of keys have stopped, and I can't think why. Anyone else have this problem, or know how I can solve it? I'm clueless. One minute they worked, and now they don't.

Download the Preinstalled Utilities from Vaio-Link, Use the following link: Sony Vaio Support preinstalled Utilities

Once downloaded extract the files and then install the following, in order.

1 Sony Utilities
2 Sony Shared Library
3 Vaio Event Service

Once completed then re-boot your Vaio.

You may have to do this more than once..:smileywink:

have you reinstalled the utilities..
