Has anyone managed to replace the Hard Drive on a A517? I have been unable to get the back off the Laptop as I think the screen needs to come off first. Any help would be great.
This guide produced by HarycoZ, a member of this forum, may be of help to you, it is a different model but same series. It should at least enable you to open up the case.
