Hi!

If you have contact with e-support, would you please, please tell them to contact me at my e-mail address: joncats2 /at/ hotmail.com

I have vaio fz11e notebook, and for one reason or another e-support doesn't recognise the serial number (though all other online vaio services do. They promised to contact me asap and it isn't happening!
Please be so kind to let them know that they should contact me, I' m moving to another country in three weeks and would be happy if they could advise me on whether I should get it repaired or replaced.

Have you tried contacting them by telephone?
