Hi KimLegg,
And welcome to the club. I’m not very technical either but until someone who knows what they’re talking about comes along I can get BBC stuff by putting BBC into the search and then navigating to the radio page which will take me to a choice of BBC stations. I choose the station then get the option to listen live or can listen again to some already broadcast shows.
Then again, you may not want the BBC!

Thanks Pandora - I have done that but nothing seems to happen when I select listen now or listen again and before anybody says anything I do have the volume turned up.

Do you have Real Player installed? The BBC Radio Player thingy uses it for playing the streams. Also, I've had trouble with it when I'm using Vista. It plays but if I use any of the FF buttons it goes quiet and nothing I try gets it going again.
