Problem with MyVaio on my new FE41e

Hi, everyone. At long last I have been able to buy a Vaio and I love it. One problem, though, When I go to launch My Vaio it won't open. Can I delete the program and reload it from club vaio?

have the same problem, this vaio link looks very unprofessional as many people have problem to shut it down.
Would be great to find a solution, but no-one worked until today.
