problem webcam fe41z with wl messenger

when i want to use the video in wl messenger i got message "not connected or used by other program" . nothing else is opened . the camera is working , i tried with vaio camera capture utily . what did i do wrong , thanks for help i'm new

Sorry to say this appears to be a Vista/Driver fault. We have reported it to Sony and are waiting (patiently) for a reply.
