Unable to run this software with the PCV-RX403N / MMX460 graphics card. Locomotives run slow and of choppy movements. Any views on this matter, answers will be much appreciated.

Can you confirm that you have installed the update and followed the instructions from http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;319193 as suggested in the previous thread on this subject.
