Hi wheelsdeal and welcome to Club Vaio.

There are no official Sony Driver updates and nVidia don't release drivers for mobile "Go" cards.

It is not widely known but a nVidia driver works for EVERY nVidia chip (UDA = Unified Driver Architecture). The installer information file (.INF) is the only thing that stops installation on a non-approved 'GO' nVidia card.

If you go to LaptopVideo2Go you will find every driver available for nVidia graphics chips.

I would choose a full version with a modified .INF next to it - probably 162.18

FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS to replace the .INF file and install the driver.

I suppose there is a small risk when using non-Official drivers but this is not usually a serious risk as you can easily roll-back to your previous driver. Just keep an eye open for overheating.
