First of all Hi, and second of all HELP!
I purchased the VGN-FE41Z in May of this year. I had nothing but problems with the Vista Home Premium that was installed. I never created a recovery disc. Through my job I purchased Vista Ultimate X64, formatted and did a clean install. Vista has since worked great with no crashes. However, my graphics now suck. In Device Manager the Nvidia graphics Card isn’t even present. Will the GeForce 7600 work with Vista X64, and if so, how do I get it working? Any drivers available?
Thanks in advance.

You will need to download the modded .INF file or it will not install.

Quite honestly, I think you are going to have problems as Sony do not support 64-bit nor do most hardware and software manufacturers. I doubt if you will get a stable and workable system and many features just won't work. Perhaps in a few years when support for 64-bit is better available, but not yet.
Thanks for the help. I should have done my research before jumping straight in, but unfortunatley that's just me. Oh well. Apart from the graphics, Vista's now running a lot better. Thanks again, Stu
