Help! I cant find the control settings in Windows 8. Video and sound plays fine on my Sony Vaio SVP1321C5E. The sound outputs OK via the audio output if an external speaker is connected. The only way to connect to an external screen is via HDMI using the vaio HDMI to VGA converter. When I do this the video picture is fine, but no sound. If the video is output via HDMI this also seems to disable the audio output via the audio jack, so I have sound without video or video without sound. A disaster... anyone know how to change this in Windows 8?
