New nVidia driver

Can anyone tell me what's changed in the new nVidia driver 7.15.10.9813?

All the instructions say is: -

nVidia Graphics Driver Version 7.15.10.9813

This update will solve an number of video display problems such as the brightness control does not work properly, etc.

Of course, this one came out last February and there are about fifty newer Vista nVidia drivers available now!!!

I may be a bit green but Sony recommend that for the VGX-XL301 you only use the ones they post on their website.

What would you recommend to get the best out of the 301 connected to an old panasonic TH-42PW6 via the component video on the panny tuner?
