I've had my laptop for nearly 2 years, and up until sometime this year it worked perfectly fine, then i found msn wouldn't pick it up, now, it doesn't work at all. i've tried everything, nothing will work, updating the device, uninstalling then reinstalling, recovery, nothing, someone help? x
