Mikrofon, Speaker are not working anymore

I ordered a SZ4 last week and made upgrade from Vista professional to Vista Ultimate (Vista Anytime upgrade) - as a result the speaker, camera and mikrofon of the SZ4 are not working anymore.
If I check hardware configuration - there is just the message hardware is not installed.

Any help? Do I need a driver update?

Try updating the driver via Internet. If it does not work, download the driver package from Sony VAIO Link Support.

Do you have a link and where can I find the right driver? Where can I find the update on my computer.

When I check the drivers for the notebook:

I get the following message: VGN-SZ4VRN/X Für Ihr Modell sind momentan keine vorinstallierten Treiber/Dienstprogramme verfügbar.
