Laptop temp monitor

I have use mobmeter for a while now to monitor my laptops temp but today AVG said that it discover the trojan sheur.feu in it and now i cant use that (even if i download another one), i tried speed fan but the temps on it stay the same even when i can feel that it is getting hotter so if anyone has another program that i could us could u please tell me.

Sounds like AVG has thrown a wobbly again. It was disabling something in Club Vaio a few weeks ago.
