I am unable to remove image converter 2 to the updated version 3, on the download site it tells you to insert th original disc with converter 2 to uninstall it, but my laptop came with this software already installed (with no disc)!!
Can anyone help me pleeeeeease!!!!!

Is it a Sony update that you're trying to install.?
If so what model vaio do you have.?
