Hello,
I tried to register my new Vaio VPCZ21C5E but when I select it from the list of models, it changes to a different Vaio so I cannot select my model.
I tried to submit a question through the support page but it isn't working.

Where are you trying to register? There is a separate database for Vaios.

Enter your Vaio's Serial Number and then click on 'Register'.

That separation between Sony and Vaio makes it more confusing.
The fact that the Sony site doesn't recognise my laptop is giving me some trouble, like trying to buy a slim cover but I cannot find any for my model. I believe there is one suitable but it says it is only compatible with two models and neither of those is mine 😞 too bad.
Anyway, thaks a lot again.
