Help with new vaio

Hi,

i own a sony vaio F serie (fj) but i want to buy a new sony vaio,
one that is a little bit faster and better.

But i want to spend a maximum of 1500 dollars.
And i want to have a built in webcam in it.
Can anyone advise me which sony vaio to buy.
One of my wishes is that it a 15.4 inch or smaller screen.
And can anyone maybe explain why he advises that notebook.

I want to have a fast solid notebook for home use. I play games sometimes on it and thats it.

Thank you

Well I'd say a Core Duo > 2Ghz
2GB RAM
An independant graphics card (128MB will do, 256MB if you can)
Blu ray writer, though a super DVD driver will do that can do dual layers.
2-4 USB ports
firewire
gigabit ethernet for the best speeds from your network

If you are lookin for a vaio to play games on it then choose either from the FE series or AR series, but FE is better as i've read. But if you are looking for a professional gaming machine then check for the Alienware products: www.alienware.co.uk.
Good luck!
