Hi there,
I recently bought a Vaio Pro 13 and have noticed a few little quirks with it. By far the most irksome is the volume control.
The speakers are quite quiet and require a volume setting of around 80/100 to make a decent amount of sound. However, when I plug my headphones in, 12 is about the right volume. The problem is that the system, while it obviously knows that the headphones are plugged in, does not store my last headphone volume. So if I plug in my headphones after listening to something on the laptop speakers, then I explode my eardrums if I just click play without turning down the volume.
Is there any way to make it set the volume for me depending on what output it is using?
Thanks,
Alex.
