Hi
After spending alot of time emailing with the Customer Support team (who were very helpful) I have found out that the reason why I cannot replicate the image on my laptop on the TV is that my graphic card only allows me to 'Extend the destop display' or make the TV the main display. It does not have the option to duplicate the laptop onto the TV. Any idea why I don't have this option. I have a Vaio VGN-N38E/W
