Getting rid of MyClub Vaio

I have a new FE41Z running Vista Home Premium and very nice it is too. It has a couple of annoying habits which I am trying to resolve. The first is MyClubVaio which launches itself whenever I start the machine. Is there a way to stop this or better still get rid of it completely?
