FS115B + CD/DVD Burning Software?

I am using Win 2K and I need to know what software I can use to burn cd/dvd's with.

I tried downloading "Click to DVD", but no matter what version I get, it is an upgrade and it won't install.

The odd thing is that the version of Nero works on my Win 2K SP4 with no problem and I installed on the laptop and it doesn't work.
