Fn keys not working after windows 7 upgrade (clean install)

Hi, my sony model is VGN-NS20Z. I have read a few threads and they mentioned about reinstalling drivers which is practically reasonable since a clean install has totally removed my previous OS sony drivers.

However, certain threads mentioned about installing 'original utilities package' to get the utility installer 1 file or 'sony dll utilies' file from the sony esupport page for Europe.
However, for my model, there is no such file. There is only 'setting utility series'. Is this the same?

And also, do I have to install the drivers in a particular order? Apparently, there are websites (http://www.funys.net/2009/08/28/sony-vaio-function-keys-and-windows-7/) that say that the installation should be done in this particular order:

1. VAIO Event Service (From Utilities Folder)
2. Reboot
3. SONY DLL Utils (From Utilities Folder)
4. Reboot
5. SONY Shared Library (From Utilities Folder)
6. Reboot
7. Sony Power Management (From Utilities Folder)
8. Reboot (last one!)

My current operating system is Windows 7 professional 64-bit version.

I have resolved the problem.

I just installed from the European esupport driver download page after doing windows update which included a Sony Firmware Extension Parser.

1) Setting Utilities Series
2) VAIO Control Center
3) VAIO Event Service (reboot)
4) VAIO Power Management (reboot)
5) Sony Shared Library (reboot)

My av mode button does not work but I don't use it anyway.
