I tried the enter E-support but the forum login does not work. I did registered my VAIO but never received any account/password conformation to access E-support. I I use the the forum login. I am told to register!
Is it a paid service or is it free during the waranty ?

Login is different for both Club Vaio and e-support. It is and always has been a question of patience when registering your Vaio equipment. It is a free service if you use the e-support and if the 12 month warranty conditions are adhered to then they will repair replace and pay for the freight. If you have damaged your laptop by dropping it then you better have a great story ready :smileygrin:

Yes it is free during your warranty period but you have to register separately for e-support.
