Downloads stops at 99% all the time

Hi,

I want to know if its the setting of my machine or something else, cause everytime I tried to download files from the internet via ie8 or chrome or firefox 98% of the times I can't...the download goes all the way to 99% marking things like 96.8MB/96.8MB so it already downloaded everything but it can't seems to pass it to the correct location and I can't seem to find where is the temporary file to try to rename it myself....any ideas??

What exactly are you trying to download.?

You could try clearing out your Temp browser files, for Firefox click on Tools, privacy, Clear your recent history.

Have you tired temporarily disabling your firewall when downloading a file.?
