How many disc recovery could be created ? Is there a limitation ?

I don't think there is a limit to the number of recovery disk sets that you can create..

I would think two sets would be all that you would need to create though..

Is it possible to create a recovery disc with a DVD dual layer or
DVD RW ?

Yes some Vaio have the option to create recovery disc's using DL DVD disc's but no not DVD RW disc's..

All right however if there're no options how can we do ?

Is the software application upgradable ? Because i was thinking of the BIOS
or a patche that could be downloaded .

No the Vaio recovery utility as far as I know is not upgradable..
