Different motion eye problem

Hi,
Using an FZ11Z.
The motion eye cam has worked once,using vaio capure cam facility,but now I constantly receive no input message,please check if other software is using cam?

I do have a logitech webcam installed...but not plugged in.

Any advice how I can default motion eye to original software...or turn off whatever software may be conflicting??

You may have realised that I am no techy..lol

Hi shearwater and welcome to Club Vaio.

Is it only after you have used the external webcam?

Have you tried: -

1. Going to Device Manager -> Imaging Devices -> and right-click on your Vaio Visual Communication Camera. Choose 'Uninstall'. Now reboot the Vaio to refresh the driver.

2. Installing Microsoft Hotfix KB931812

It is working again......not sure how it was resolved!!
