Hi does anyone know how to stop my cursor or mouse from jumping when typing I have tried several things online without success any ideas

In the bottom right corner of the screen in the system tray you should find a picture of the trackpad. Double click on it and you get the mouse settings window.
Go to the tapping tab and make sure that the checkbox labeled "tap off when typing" is selected and set the slider to the right hand side.
