I have the latest Vaio Touch and running windows 7 - I want to turn off content sharing - can anyone help please

I'm not running Windows 7 but have a look in the Network and Sharing Center - Advanced

Sharing Options.

The second option may help. (see photo)

It has also been suggested you could turn off 'homegroups' or even go to services and turn off

Windows Media Player network sharing.
