Can I install a SATA III drive ?

Hi,

I have a Sony Vaio vpceh2q1e which I would like to upgrade with an SSD SATA III. I actually want to replace the optical drive with that...hope I'm not wrong on this and it is actually possible

My question is, can my laptop support it ? What SATA do I have on it ? I tried searching, but couldn't find anything...
