Blu Ray Playback problem

Hi, just purchased a Sony FZ21Z. I have connected to my HD TV via HDMI lead, picture plays back but with no sound. I have changed the sound settings in control panel/ Audio ( allow HDMI digital output) but still no sound. The latest update for Win DVD BD will not install from Vaio Support.

Any Ideas?

To get the sound going try restarting windows once you have connected the HDMI lead, this works for me you should hear the startup sounds when windows restarts.
