battery error -VGN-BZ21VN

Hi every body.
I have problem wiht the battrey of my laptop. the model of my laptop is VGN-BZ21VN.
I have installed new windows vista(32 bits) in my laptop and re install all the drivers.
but when I would like to use the battery this error is appeared in my screen :

The installed battery may not be properly connected to the computer or may not compatible with computer.
Click ok to hibernate mode and remove and re inset the battery

So, just i can use my laptop through the connect the the electricity with out battery.

and I should say that I have installed the battery checker (one of the drivers).is there any relation between this driver and that error?

Could you please help me about this matter?

You need to reinstall some or all of the Sony Utilities from here: -

The 'Battery Checker' looks like it may help.

If you want to use the fingerprint sensor, you will need the UPEC Protector Suite QL and the Registry Patch. If you want the HDD Protection you will need the Infenon software and HDD Protection driver.

You may also find you need other utilities to make the shortcut and Fn keys work.
