Are u sure it works with the 31-s version since the guy has a 31-m version
CAn u please help me if my computer can work with 64 bit operating system?

It should work because the Drivers and Utilities are the same for AR31S and AR31M.

It is up to you to decide if it is worth the risk.

Unless you are an expert, don't look at 64-bit. There is very little driver support and parts of the system just won't work. Perhaps in a few years.
