Adobe Photoshop Elements

I have been trying to use this programme and am getting nowhere with it. This software was already installed by Sony when I purchased this VGN-A115Z about 3 years ago. When asking for help with a subject the software goes out to Adobe Web pages. but I always get a message back that it is unavailable. Anyone else experienced this and if so how did you overcome the problem.

Is Adobe Photoshop Elements running correctly?

If not then you can re-install the application by doing the following.

Click Start, then select All Programs then select Vaio Recovery Tool and finally click on Vaio Recovery utility.

Once the Vaio Recovery utility has loaded, click the Options button and select Recover Specific Applications that were pre-installed, click OK, then Yes and Yes again.

Select Adobe Photoshop Elements (towards the top of the list) and then click Install
