Annoying fan sound VPCF12S1E/B

Is there anyone else out there who's facing this terrible cpu fan noise on their VPCF12S1E/B?

Even if the CPU load is about 5% the fans rattles as a Dodge Turbo Charger....I don't believe this is normal for a month old laptop.
