What do I need to watch downloaded films on a KDL 40W5710?

In addition to the above TV I have a wireless network and a PC running windows 7.

Wirelessly I think you need one of these two suggestions:

1. UWA-BR100  (connects to USB on TV)
2. LAN cable + cheap wireless router configured as client. (connects to LAN port on TV)

Optionally I'll recommend to install Homestream on your PC to minimize file format limitations.
