My Bravia 55" 3D LCD prompted me install a software update this morning, as it's done in the past. This time, however, when I pressed 'Yes', it switched itself off for a few seconds, then came back on again. About 30 seconds later it prompted me to install the software again. Every time I pressed "Yes', it went through the same cycle again. If I selected 'Later', it stopped doing it, but the whole process just starts again the next time I turn the TV on. Very irritating! I've tried disconnecting the ADSL connection in case it's got stuck in some sort of online search loop, but it made no difference. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
