Smart Tv Response Dead Slow

Hi Friends,

Happy New Year to all of you ...

I have bought new 40HX853 . The SEN is very slow . Also the response time it takes to load is very slow. Is this specific to my TV . I tried using BBC IP Player .Although it did work but while typing , forwarding and reversing the response time was dead slow.

Can anyone help me rectifying the same or point me to right direction OR should i return the product

Not sure, But check your internet speed which might be a problem as well.
