"There are no items to display" on local NAS drive

TV: KDL-46WE5W

Have connected via LAN to a NAS drive using DLNA.

It recognises the drive and can look through the file structure, but never shows any files, just reports "There are no items to display" although there are lots of mp3 music files and jpg photos to list.

Any ideas?

Just to check, but you have to view music files through the music icon and pictures through the picture icon via the Xross media bar. Is this how you are browsing?

i also have this problem with my KDL37ex503u. Images seem to work ok but videos do not, it did work once but never again even though I changed nothing. And I am goingot the correct section in the TV menus. even made sure there were no spaces in the file names. any help would be appreciated.
