Hi, we have just bought a sony KDL46HX753BU tv and the remote is missing - when we put the tv on it started factory settings mode and we cant input the parent control pin and cant go any further. Is there anything we can do as the remote will take a few days to arrive. Kids are driving us mad to get the TV on.
did you check the packaging thoroughly?, its usually in the polystyrene at the top of the box, however your dealer should have loaned you one till your replacement arrives at the very least he should have set it up for you when it was delivered.
