No iplayer on Bravia

Hi, have just got a new Bravia kdl w32 705 and cannot get iplayer to load, it just keeps spinning.

have checked latest version of firmware installed. Any ideas?

Hi there

Can you check the network settings on your TV.  Its likely that the TV is not connected to your home network in order to access the internet?  Does YouTube work ?

If it is indeed connected, are you able to test using a LAN cable instead of Wifi?
