Co inciding with the firmware update to my Bravia KDL32WE613 I can no longer get the tv to connect to my wireless router.
To begin with my router stopped appearing on the network list, so I tried entering it manually. The TV then failed to find or connect with it. After restoring factory settings etc it does now at least find it and its in the network list, showing a very strong signal, but it still continues to fail to connect.
The TV was purchased for my young disabled daughter to watch NetFlix, Prime and YouTube its very difficult in our household without it. Ive followed the various different advice I found in forums for not dissimilar problems but this hasnt helped. My BT5 router is fine and all ther IT in the house has no problems connecting to it.
Any new ideas please? the TV is only 7 months old!
Hi there,
There are some network diagnosis instructions here you could try. Please let us know how you get on.
Best wishes,

Well, I think you have to restart your router and your TV too. To perform the TV restart you have to enter the special menu using your TV remote. You have to press a couple of buttons, I think you will find more information on the Internet. To access your router settings panel you have to enter into the admin panel of your router. To do that, you have to enter your router's IP address, you can find it on the bottom of the router. I think it will be better for you to read this article 10.0.0.1 login and you will be able to find all the information you need to perform a full reset of your router, as well as a couple of useful settings that will improve your router's internet connection.
