I cant get the activation code from my tv to link it to my Sony Entertainment Network account, please help.

i follow the instructions:- press home button on the remote control, then navigate to  sony entertainment network. Select link an account then the activation code should be displayed, this then is to be typed into the activate an hd tv on the entertainment network web site. the problem is when i follow these instructions the activation code is not displayed , it says an error occured. is there another way to get this activation code ?

If you try and play a movie in Lovefilm ( assuming you aren't subscribed) it will display an error message and the code comes up on this page - its 4 digits I think, mix of letters and numbers.

Hi if no code is listed please contact Customer Information on 0844 8466 555 they will require the WIRED Mac Address to check if your product is listed already, you can get this by running the wired network setup, no need to connect a cable though.

Code is listed and seems to change hourly however when I enter code on SEN I get error message 'activation code incorrect please try again' I have done this numerous times over the last month. Sony support have not been able to help.

Same thing happens to my Sony Blu-ray... given up on it.

Finally got mine working through the Playstation app, worth a try, also someone else on here got their's working through th Qriocity app if you have one.

On my KDL-50W755C with latest firmware I pressed 'Home' on the remote - Under 'Featured Apps' select the green icon 'Sony Select', move down the list to 'More Apps' and select. Move along the apps to the end and select 'Activate Enhanced Features'. I was able to find my registration code.
