How do I turn off the content blocker in the browser?

I'm not trying to access dodgy websites, only my home server which the browser is blocking, citing the Content Blocker as the cause.

I have a KDL32EX653

Strange, didn't think there was a blocker on the device. Do normal websites work OK?
